Log in to the KTVAECU® mobile app or Online Banking.
In the menu, select Send Money.
Type in the email or mobile phone number of who you would like to send money.
Retype the email or mobile phone number to confirm.
Type in the amount you would like to transfer.
Select the debit card you would like the transfer to come from.
Check the box accepting the terms and conditions.
Tap Confirm.

Cash apps are one of the easiest and fastest ways to transfer cash from one person to another. But there are a few things you should know to keep your information and money safe when using cash apps:
Safety Tip #1
Because the transfer is considered a cash transaction, it’s best to transfer to individuals you know, like friends or family, not a company. There are no dispute rights for cash transactions.
Safety Tip #2
Never pay someone you don't trust for something promised to you in the future, like a deposit for a cruise or hotel. Sending money through cash apps is instant and usually cannot be canceled. When purchasing a product or service, it's best to use another form of payment.
Safety Tip #3
Do not provide anyone with your personal information like your PIN or sign-in code. Fraudsters are always trying to gain access to your personal information. If you're not sure, just delete the email, text message, or hang up the phone and call the business directly. If it’s a legitimate company, they will be glad you’re taking steps to keep your information secure.
To view eStatements6, you will need to use a browser that is capable of displaying a PDF document. Most modern browsers have this functionality built in. If yours does not, you will need a plug-in such as Acrobat Reader to help your browser display PDFs. Please consult your browser's documentation for help with add-ins or extensions.
To print your documents from the browser, your browser or your browser's helper application will need to have print capability. If your browser doesn't support this functionality, you can also save the document to your device and print from there.
You are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and need to upgrade to the latest version. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older version of Acrobat Reader prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done you should be able to view your eStatements with no problems. Click here to get the latest version.
Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads, and/or system enhancements can affect your device's ability to connect with secure sites and view PDF documents including our eStatement site.
We recommend trying the following steps:
Verify that you are current on all system updates.
Ensure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser.
Some pop-up blocker and firewall programs may prevent access to eStatements. If you utilize these types of applications, you may need to disable certain features of the programs in order to access your eStatements.

All Credit Union locations will be open Thursday, December 23, until 5 PM, and Turkey Creek will be open until 8 PM. All locations will be closed Friday, December 24, & Saturday, December 25, in observance of Christmas.
